Adds an "Ory Console" tab to the "Stream to HTTPS endpoint" section and to step 4 of "Stream to AWS SNS" on the Live event streams page, with step-by-step instructions and BrowserWindow placeholders for screenshots. The existing Ory CLI instructions are preserved in a second tab. Console implementation: ory-corp/cloud#11915

…s move The Event streams page was moved from Authentication to Project settings (see ory-corp/cloud#11915). Update the Console tab navigation steps and BrowserWindow URLs to match the new location, and rename "Add new Event Stream" / "Add event stream" to "Create new Event Stream" per the updated UI copy.
